Four times a summer, O‑A‑K holds its Lunch and Learn program for interns. Each luncheon focuses on a different role at O‑A‑K: Site Leadership, Preconstruction, Safety, and Project Management. O‑A‑K recruits interns yearly from several universities throughout the region. The internship program allows students to gain real-life experience in field and office settings and continues to grow every year.
