To date, the largest capital reinvestment on any Marriott property, this multi-phased, multi-year extensive hotel renovation also included new construction. Both room towers were completely renovated with a redesign of the penthouse suites to provide gulf views. All windows and curtain walls were replaced with hurricane impact resistant materials. Complete renovation on all first floor retail areas with use of high end stone work throughout. Additions include beach front pool area with fire/water feature, guest pool, beach front restaurant, teen activity area and movie theatre.
