Our facilities assessment services give you a “nuts and bolts” perspective on the current condition of each of your facilities. The process begins with an expert analysis of existing conditions and collaboration among our estimators and constructability specialists. When complete, our assessments can be used as a tool to guide your team in the earliest stages of long-term master planning.

Virtual Construction
Using the Building Information Modeling (BIM) system, we compile construction drawings of each building component into a highly-detailed, three-dimensional building map. This system provides an efficient means of:
