We seek a full-time Senior Project Manager (Site/Civil) to join our Florida team. This individual will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure quality project delivery, acting in both General Contracting and Construction Management capacities.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate work with superintendents, architects and engineers to establish priorities
- Build and maintain effective relationships with owners, subcontractors, architects and engineers
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Create and manage Owner’s contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders including all financial reporting internally and externally
- Understand thoroughly and implement all contract requirements, including the necessary day-to-day activities including in achieving these requirements
- Complete and/or manage the completeness of all day-to-day activities from start-up to closeout on a project with team members
- Participation in business development and community engagement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company processes and technology utilization
- Support in recruiting, training, and mentoring employees

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Minimum of ten years’ experience as a Project Manager and/or Sr. Project Manager on relevant civil work
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent preferred
- Strong knowledge of various forms of governmental contacting and specifications
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Reporting and organizational skills
- Strong public speaking skills
- Ability to pass background check for necessary Government entities
- Strong technical communication skills

Project Engineer Primary Function:
No out-of-local area candidates will be considered. Support the Project Manager in all of their needs regarding the execution of commercial construction jobs. Education:
