    We are seeking a full-time Senior Estimator to join our team in our Colorado office. This individual will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure quality project delivery, acting in both General Contracting and Construction Management capacities.


    Job responsibilities include:

    • Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
    • Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
    • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements and identify potential cost factors.
    • Utilize industry-standard estimation software and tools to generate detailed and competitive bids.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, and at least 5-7 years of commercial preconstruction experience.
    • Estimating Background: Knowledge and experience providing conceptual and detailed cost estimates on multiple disciplines for new construction and renovation projects. We are looking for someone with strong construction knowledge and the ability to develop estimates without drawings.
    • Eye for Details: Accuracy is critical for success in this role. Candidate must have superior organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and decision-making skills.
    • Leadership Skills: Creativity and confidence in solving problems as part of a team.

    We are currently seeking a Construction Project Accountant to join our Accounting Team in our Fort Myers office.


    Job responsibilities include:

    • Prepare Monthly Pay Applications using AIA G702/G703 and other Accounts Receivable Invoice Forms as required by Owner Contract.
    • Ensure Subcontractor/Suppliers Waivers of Lien are received and correct.
    • Ensure all Compliance requirements for W-9’s, Insurance Certificates, EEO, and other documents are met by Subcontractors and Suppliers.
    • Prepare Sworn Statements for billings as required.
    • Assist in the follow-up on outstanding accounts receivable invoices and ensure positive cash flow for the company and its’ subcontractors/suppliers.
    • Ensure contracts and change orders are processed accurately and timely.
    • Analyze project variances and work with the project team to ensure corrective action is taken.
    • Ensure Project Files are organized and follow project document guidelines.
    • Work closely with our customers to ensure their reporting needs are met.
    • Close out project accounts upon project completion.
    • Assist with special projects as requested.


    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • Education and experience: 3+ years of experience, preferably in a construction project cost environment. Bachelor's degree in accounting or business is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
    • Eye for Details: Accuracy is critical for success in this role. Candidate must have superior organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and decision-making skills.

    We are seeking a full-time Construction Project Superintendent to join our team. This position is based out of our Kalamazoo location. The Project Superintendent leads commercial construction projects in the field, and plans, organizes and manages the daily operations on the job site.


    Job responsibilities include:

    • Jobsite supervision, oversee all subcontractors and trades
    • Develop, update and implement project schedules
    • Implementation of quality assurance program
    • Implementation of safety assurance program
