- Assist in planning work schedule, determining manpower levels, and arranging for assignment of project personnel.

- The Assistant Superintendent may be assigned as sole Superintendent during off-hour shift work on a project.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Office Manager to join the Thomas Marine Construction Team in Fort Myers. That person will assist the Office Manager with the duties and responsibilities listed below.
RESPONSIBILITIES – PAYROLL & BENEFITS
- Perform payroll activities including payroll processing, entering tax and direct deposit information, administering regulatory requirements, garnishments, tax levies, support orders, quarterly taxes, and year-end processing.
- Completion of Certified Payrolls, Prevailing Wage, and Davis-Bacon Reporting.
