(GRAND RAPIDS, MI) – Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. (O-A-K), local professional construction firm, announces two employees have been appointed to the Board of Directors for local construction-related groups.
Dan Rathburn, Project Manager, was appointed as a Board Member at Large for the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), West Michigan Chapter. Dan brings over 25 years of experience constructing and supporting institutional projects, with expertise in industrial, healthcare and government facility construction. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, and holds his Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) Certification.
Dave Fleece, Project Manager, was elected to the Park Township Zoning Board of Appeals. Dave has over 13 years of commercial building experience, with expertise in design, planning and pre-construction guidance. A local Park Township resident, Dave is also a LEED Accredited Professional and a Licensed and Registered Architect. His wide range of experience with local markets includes the K-12, higher education, manufacturing and municipal projects.
