Owen‑Ames‑Kimball (O‑A‑K) Florida, Inc. recently broke ground on Creative World School at 2260 Olympia Park Boulevard in North Naples. Owned by Amy and Chris O’Malley, the 10,456-square-foot school will accommodate up to 198 students, featuring a preschool for ages 6 weeks through 5 years and a before-and after-school program for students ages 5 to 12 years. It will include age level appropriate classrooms, kitchen, offices and multiple outdoor play areas. The project is slated for completion in March 2020.
O‑A‑K’s project manager is Fred Doster, the project superintendent is Gary Poore and the project estimator is Abel Natali. O‑A‑K also constructed Creative World School in the Gateway community in Fort Myers.
“We chose O‑A‑K for this project because they did a fantastic job on our Gateway school,” said Amy O’Malley. “They provided excellent communication and follow-up throughout the project. They are knowledgeable professionals who routinely presented cost-saving ideas without sacrificing quality.”
