O-A-K Hires Four New Employees

(GRAND RAPIDS, MI) Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. (O-A-K), local professional construction firm, announces the additions of Brandon Hill and Mike Kozicki, as Project Superintendents; Barry Kooistra, as Assistant Project Manager; and Fidel Salas as Project Engineer.

Grand Rapids Team

Brandon Hill, Project Superintendent, holds his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Ferris State University. He brings a background of construction from a young age and has served at O-A-K as an intern for two consecutive summers. He recently completed his OSHA 30-Hour Certification.

Mike Kozicki, Project Superintendent, is a West Michigan native. He brings 12 years of commercial construction leadership experience. He has an extensive background as a laborer, carpenter, foreman, and superintendent.

Barry Kooistra, Assistant Project Manager, graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Ferris State University. He holds his OSHA 30-hour Construction, OSHA 10-Hour Construction, and OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certifications.

Kalamazoo Team

Fidel Salas joins our Kalamazoo team as a Project Engineer. He brings a background in engineering, finance, and business management; and, he has experience in both renewable energy and construction materials testing. He holds an American Concrete Institute Certification and a Michigan Department of Transportation Density Technology Certification.
