On November 6, 2019, O‑A‑K held a strategic planning meeting with 26 company leaders, to gain meaningful insight and buy-in from employees, as the company continues to experience growth. Part one of the two-part workshop, the purpose was to collaborate and evaluate current processes and communication methods, as well as discuss the future of O‑A‑K. Attendees included senior team members from every department, including department heads, project managers, estimators, and senior superintendents.
