Owen-Ames-Kimball Co., a Fort Myers-based construction contracting and management company, has announced the hiring of David Weinrich as superintendent. In this role, Mr. Weinrich will be responsible for supervising job sites, ensuring all codes and regulations are followed, overseeing all employees on job sites, maintaining smooth daily operations and monitoring project schedule and budget.
Mr. Weinrich is a construction and management professional with over 30 years of experience in all facets of the industry. Prior to joining OAK, Mr. Weinrich served as the owner and operator of Baja Electric Service Inc., where he was responsible for planning, organizing and managing on-site construction. His areas of expertise include construction planning and scheduling, safety and compliance management, permitting and building codes, estimating and job costing and budget analysis. Mr. Weinrich is certified as an electrical contractor in the state of Florida.
