Owen Ames Kimball Company (O A K), a preeminent general contractor with a longstanding presence in Southwest Florida, has named Laura Hoff Senior Estimator.
Hoff brings 25 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, with a portfolio of projects exceeding $1 billion. Her diverse expertise spans roles as a laborer, project manager, estimator, and preconstruction consultant.

Before joining O‑A‑K, Hoff served as a preconstruction and estimating consultant for general contractors and as a Senior Preconstruction and Estimating Manager for a Colorado-based construction firm specializing in infrastructure and vertical building. During her time in Colorado, she led preconstruction and estimating efforts for large-scale multi-family, affordable housing, senior living, education, and municipal projects ranging from $5 million to $55 million. Hoff also worked on projects exceeding $600 million, including hospitals, hospitality venues, and high-rise buildings.
Hoff earned her Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. She was named a Top 20 under 40 Mountain States by the Engineering News-Record in 2016 and was nominated three times as an American Subcontractors Association of Colorado Women of Construction Top Performer.
