Owen‑Ames‑Kimball Company (O‑A‑K), a leading general contractor with a long-standing presence in Southwest Florida, has announced the appointment of Maya Suckova as Estimator.
Suckova brings over 25 years of experience in architectural project design, development, and the comprehensive planning and execution of complex projects.

Since joining O‑A‑K, Suckova has contributed to projects from 5,000 square feet to an entire school campus. These included Cypress Lake Middle School’s 152,735 square-foot new school build-out, Bayshore School’s 70,277 square-foot expansion, Bishop Verot High School’s 54,421 square-foot new school build-out and the Florida Gulf Coast University’s 13,010 square foot Student Union renovation.
Prior to joining O‑A‑K, Suckova served as an Estimator and Project Manager for commercial and residential contractors in New York, where she directly estimated projects valued up to $100 million. Her experience also includes residential projects ranging from $1.5 million to $50 million.
She earned a Construction Management Certificate and Certificate in Project Schedule from New York University and is a licensed residential realtor. Additionally, Suckova is proficient in various construction tools, including On-Screen Takeoff, Building Connected, ProEst and Plan Hub, enhancing her efficiency in estimating and project management.
