Owen‑Ames‑Kimball Company (O‑A‑K) has completed the renovation of Peace River Baptist Church in Punta Gorda.
The interior of the 16,241 square foot building was completely renovated, including the sanctuary, multi-purpose room, bathrooms, hallways, coffee and social room, entry foyer and hall. Exterior renovations include roof replacement, the addition of elevated Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant walkway and new porte-cochere. The entry redesign accommodates five new accessible parking spaces and nine new standard parking spaces.
The project architect is Clarisa Parodi of ADG Architecture in Fort Myers. O‑A‑K’s Project Manager is Fred Doster, the Project Superintendent is Rodney Mitchell.
