Owen‑Ames‑Kimball Company (O‑A‑K), a preeminent general contractor with a longstanding presence in Southwest Florida, has completed renovations of Sanibel Captiva Community Bank’s new Bridge branch location, located at 9311 College Parkway in Fort Myers. The 16,000 square foot, $5 million building is the bank’s eighth and largest location in Southwest Florida. The branch service center is now open to clients and the operations center will be fully occupied by the end of July.

Site work included new lighting, paving and landscaping. O‑A‑K provided pre-construction services including constructability reviews and budget estimating as well as construction management services throughout the project.
“Sanibel Captiva Community Bank’s success is largely based on the value we place on the relationships we build with our customers through our exceptional customer service.
