Owen‑Ames‑Kimball Company (O‑A‑K), a preeminent general contractor with a longstanding presence in Southwest Florida, has announced the hiring of Tony Weiler as project manager.
Weiler's career in the industry has encompassed all facets of construction, including roofing, electrical, site work, utility, and general contracting for custom residential and commercial projects. Most recently, he has been a project manager in the civil construction arena, managing projects up to 45 acres in size for multi-family complexes, shopping plazas, office buildings, and healthcare facilities. He is well-versed in all aspects of the projects, from preconstruction to scheduling, close-out, and warranty.
Weiler earned his Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from the University of Florida, Gainesville. He has received his Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) ten-hour Construction Safety and Health card. He also has level 1 and 2 security with the Lee County School District and multi-level security with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
