Owen‑Ames‑Kimball Florida’s Matthew Zwack Joins Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors
Owen‑Ames‑Kimball (O‑A‑K) Company, a preeminent general contractor with a longstanding presence in Southwest Florida, announces that Matthew Zwack, president of O‑A‑K Florida, has joined the board of directors of Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties.
Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit organization whose mission is to build homes, communities, and hope for local families in need of a decent and affordable place to live. Habitat relies on the support of the board of directors. Board members serve for a minimum of four years, advocate for affordable housing in the community, offer support and advice for the staff leadership team, and give an annual gift in support of Habitat.
“At Habitat, our Board of Directors play a critical role in strategic oversight and governance,” says CEO, Becky Lucas. “These individuals’ diverse skills, knowledge, and experiences will strengthen our organization as we strive to serve more families and improve home affordability in Lee and Hendry Counties.”

Zwack is an engaged community member, serving on the Lee County Horizon Council and as a board member for The Foundation for Lee County Public Schools and The United Way of Lee, Hendry, Glades, and Okeechobee Counties.
Zwack is a Florida Licensed General Contractor with a LEED Professional Certification in Building Design and Construction. In 2005, he joined Owen‑Ames‑Kimball Construction, where he currently serves as president.
