This project includes a new building facade and interior reconfigurations to the 1980s office building located at 250 Monroe Avenue in downtown Grand Rapids. The building stretches 9-stories high with underground parking, comprising approximately 160,000 total square feet.
A key component includes the addition of a full height glass structure on the southwest corner of the building. Additionally, a new glass curtainwall at the Monroe street level will expand the building to the allowable property limits, adding lease space and modernizing the building image. Finally, the common spaces including lobbies, elevators, entrance stairways, and restrooms are being remodeled to enhance the overall building aesthetics.
The project is scheduled for completion in the winter of 2016.
