Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. (O-A-K), local professional construction firm, announces the addition of Ryan Nugent as Estimator in the company’s Pre-Construction Department.
The position was created as a result of increased workload and the company’s commitment to providing a full-service construction experience to every client.
“Ryan is a great addition to our team. He brings the necessary experience and positive attitude to provide our clients with the outstanding level of service they expect from O-A-K,” commented Frank Bartoszek, Director of Pre-Construction Services.
As an Estimator in the company’s Pre-Construction Department, Nugent is responsible for the creation of conceptual estimates and fully-developed budgets for Construction Management and General Contracting projects. Nugent brings 11 years of construction experience to O-A-K and holds his Bachelors of Science in Construction Management from Ferris State University.
