Fred brings more than 25 years of experience in General Contracting, Construction Management, and Design-Build project delivery methods. Expertise in overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle from work acquisition and initial planning to construction and closeout. A strong background in assessing the requirements of projects to ensure the development of strategies that drive the on-time, within budget completion of all objectives. Fred is skilled in coordinating with clients, subcontractors, architects, and project teams to maximize communication and cohesion. He has a proven track record of equipping the team with the leadership needed to complete multi-million-dollar project contracts.
New Kent County Courthouse was the first project by the State of DE utilizing (CM at Risk). Fred was the Project Executive on this $57M project...Three different phases of funding on the project required a huge coordination effort to keep the project on track and ensure seamless transition between phases. The project finished ahead of schedule and $1.5 million dollars under budget.
