New construction of a 9,067 sq. ft. Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting building at Taxiway A next to the Air Traffic Control building. The building includes a 3-door apparatus bay with mezzanine and equipment storage, administrative, fitness and training rooms, three dorm rooms, restrooms with showers, kitchen and dining/day room.
Site improvements include parking lot, driveways, fencing & gates and landscape. New utility transformer & generator.
Designed & built to withstand a Cat 5 hurricane.
