The LEED Silver NC v2.2 Certified project is comprised of a 14,500 sq. ft. Life Center and an 18,000 sq. ft. Education Center. It is the First church facility in Florida to be certified and first LEED project in Bonita Springs.
A special feature of the Life Center is the 6,500 SF Assembly Room, which is served by a commercial kitchen, is equipped with a state of the art sound system and overlooks the lake on the west side of the building. The Life Center includes an assembly hall which will accommodate 500 people for dining, or 1,000 seated for presentations, a stage, a large meeting room with fireplace and a patio overlooking a lake. A steel compression ring supported by eight steel I-Beams provides structure for the Parish Life Center roof. The Education Center houses 14 new classrooms, a library, and a large children’s playroom.
