Three times a year, O‑A‑K holds company breakfast meetings at our yard. Because we are an employee-owned company, the meetings are a way to inform our stakeholders of the company's direction and outlook.
As a small token of our appreciation for our employees' hard work this past year, we brought in a semi-truck with new work boots at our annual September Debrief meeting.
This is kind of a way to say thank you for all the hard work they've put in, not only this summer but throughout the entire year.
